Rowland, President Investment Operations Analyst - NY, NY - To $100k Responsibilities include: Investment Reporting: Production of internal management reporting packages, including weekly flashreports and quarterly board and committee packages. Support of external disclosures of investment performance. Updating/implementing/running/monitoring daily investment compliance and quarterly board compliance reporting. Answer ad-hoc request from all levels of management. Meet the expectation of high-quality reporting. Continuously strive to improve processes and increase efficiency / automation. Investment Operations Cash and liquidity management. Ensuring sufficient funds for operational needs and underwriting driven cash calls while maximizing expected returns by keeping cash levels at a bare minimum and proactively identifying higher yielding but liquid instruments. Trade execution (fixed income, FX and derivatives). Execution of internal capital movements including asset selection and valuation. Onboarding of new asset managers including appropriate work flow between external asset managers, custodians, and external investment accounting service provider. Manage and broaden broker relationships as including onboarding of new brokers and trade settlement. This includes fail confirmations and trade dispute resolution. Role may evolve to support diligence efforts on M&A, investment and risk management opportunities.
